Monthly dues payments should be made payable and mailed to the following address:

Please, be sure to stay current with your monthly dues.
Delinquent Dues Policy
Please be advised, effective July 1, 2009, all delinquent dues payments made after the 14th of the month dated on the members delinquent dues notice will be charged a twenty five dollar ($25.00) late fee. This late fee option will only be available from the 15th of the month on the member's delinquent dues notice until the end of the same month. After the end of that month, the member will have to reinstate according to the I.U. BAC Constitution and By Laws.

Authorization for Representation Cards
In order to comply with Federal requirements, the International Union has requested all District Councils and locals to update their Authorization for Representation cards. You may ask, "What are these cards?" Simply put, Representational cards assist our union representatives when we bargain with contractors and/or contractors associations for better working conditions, wages and fringe benefits. Represetational cards demonstrate our strength of numbers and brotherhood thus allowing your union representatives to achieve better working conditions, wages and fringe benefits. Federal regulations request cards to be updated on a yearly basis. We are needing all members to fill out a new representational card. You can email the completed card to bricklayerswv@yahoo.com , give it to your field representative or mail to: BAC District Council of WV, 19 Middletown Road, White Hall, WV 26554.
